
Frequently asked questions
Orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Boluo, Huizhou, China. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your destination and the shipping method selected. Larger items (700- and 800-size fuselages) are shipped by sea freight and can take longer — approximately 30–45 days.
If an item is in stock, it usually ships within 3–5 business days. Custom or out-of-stock items may take additional time for production.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our system with the tracking number. You can also find tracking information in your order confirmation page on our website. If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days of ordering, please email sales@robanmodel.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
International shipments can sometimes experience delays in customs processing. First, check your tracking number on the carrier's website (DHL, UPS, or the relevant postal service). If tracking hasn't updated in more than 10 days, contact us at sales@robanmodel.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Customs clearance can occasionally add 1–2 weeks to the delivery time, especially for larger packages.
This usually means the item is being prepared or is awaiting production. Some of our models — especially custom-painted fuselages and less common configurations — are built to order, which can take 2–4 weeks before shipping. We will notify you as soon as your order ships. If you'd like a status update in the meantime, email us with your order number.
